Restore what time took — without looking like you’ve had anything done.
Many who come to us have considered fillers for a long time. When we ask what’s held them back, it’s rarely the needle—it’s the fear of looking unnatural. It’s common to worry about results that reveal more about the procedure than the person. We understand this concern.
Good filler should be undetectable. You want to hear compliments about looking well-rested, not having the procedure identify you. In our Lake Nona studio, we’ve helped everyone from runway models to parents wanting to look refreshed in family photos. Regardless of your goals, our approach is the same: proceed slowly, do less than you think, and communicate throughout. You’re welcome here, and we won’t rush you.
Still just thinking about it? That’s completely fine. A consultation costs nothing and commits you to nothing — come and meet us first.
Faces don’t age by wrinkling. They age by deflating.
Somewhere in your thirties and forties, you start losing fat pads, collagen and bone density in specific places — the outer cheek, the temple, the area under the eye, along the jaw. Skin that used to be held up from underneath starts to fall. The result is the tired look you notice in photographs before you notice it in the mirror: shadows under the eyes, a softening jawline, lines from the nose to the mouth that stay put even when your face is still.
Fillers are gels — most commonly hyaluronic acid, a substance your body already produces — placed in those specific spots to restore the support that’s gone.
The distinction that matters most: we’re not filling lines, we’re rebuilding support. Treating a line directly is what tends to leave faces looking heavy. Restoring the structure underneath is what lets a face simply look like itself again.
The first place most faces deflate. Restoring the outer cheek lifts everything below it — which is why treating cheeks often softens smile lines without touching them.
That hollow, bruised shadow that makes you look exhausted no matter how you slept. The most technically demanding area on the face, and where injector skill matters most.
The creases from nose to mouth, and from the corners of the mouth downward. Usually treated by supporting the cheek above them, not by filling the crease itself.
Definition along the jaw, balance in profile. Increasingly what men come in for.
Handled on our dedicated lip treatment page, where we go deep on shape, volume and technique.
It isn’t always obvious which area is creating that tired look — often the line you’ve noticed isn’t where the volume was actually lost. Come in and we’ll walk through it with you and show you what we’re seeing.
Three things, and we’ll happily explain any of them in more detail when you come in.
If we think what you're asking for wouldn't suit your face, we'll say so — gently, and with our reasoning. Sometimes that means suggesting less than you came in for. Either way you'll leave understanding exactly why, and the decision stays yours.
Most faces look better with less product placed thoughtfully than more product placed everywhere. We start conservatively, let everything settle for a couple of weeks, then decide together whether anything more is needed.
This is the part that puts most people at ease. HA fillers can be dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. If you don't love how something looks, it doesn't have to be permanent. That safety net is real.
We use FDA-approved hyaluronic acid fillers and select the specific product by area — thinner, softer gels under the eyes and lips; firmer, more structural gels along the cheekbone and jaw. Which one is right for you is a conversation at your consultation, not a decision you need to make in advance. Come in, meet us, and let’s talk it through together. No pressure, no commitment — just an honest look at what would genuinely help.
Four steps, start to finish. We’ll talk you through each one as it happens.
30–45 min. We look at your face at rest and in motion, talk about what bothers you, and map a plan together — including telling you if something other than filler would serve you better.
15–45 min. Topical numbing first, and most modern fillers contain lidocaine. Patients typically describe pressure rather than pain.
Drive yourself home and go back to work. Expect some swelling and the chance of small bruises, especially around the mouth and under the eyes.
Swelling resolves and product settles. Don't judge your result in week one — faces look fuller and slightly uneven at first, and it passes. We see you again at two weeks to review together.

Filler is priced by the syringe, and how many you need depends on how much volume you’ve lost — which is why no honest practice can quote you a final number over the phone. What we can tell you: most people treating a single area start with one to two syringes. A full midface restoration is usually a staged plan across more than one visit rather than everything at once. We give you a written plan and a total at your consultation before anything is injected. No pressure to decide the same day, and no add-ons appearing on the invoice.
A calm, private space in Lake Nona — not a clinic that feels like a production line. Come and see it for yourself before you decide anything.

Not if it’s done properly. Overfilled faces are a technique and volume problem, not an inherent property of filler. We treat conservatively, reassess at two weeks, and would always rather add later than overcorrect now.
This concern comes largely from cases of chronic overfilling over many years, not from appropriate treatment. Hyaluronic acid fillers are broken down naturally by your body and can be dissolved deliberately if needed. Treated conservatively by a trained injector, they don’t damage your face.
Less than most people expect. We use topical numbing, and most fillers contain lidocaine. Patients typically describe pressure rather than pain.
Generally 6 to 18 months. Areas that move constantly, like around the mouth, metabolise faster. Structural placement along the cheekbone or jaw lasts longest.
Same day. Plan around swelling and possible bruising if you have a major event — ideally treat two weeks beforehand.
Yes. Hyaluronic acid fillers can be reversed with hyaluronidase. This is a genuine safety net and one of the main reasons we prefer HA products.
Filler restores lost volume. Botox relaxes the muscles that create movement lines. They solve different problems and are frequently used together.
Increasingly, yes — most often jawline and chin definition, and under-eye hollowing. Male facial structure calls for a different approach: more angular, more restrained. We treat men regularly.
Didn’t see your question here? Just ask us — nothing is too small, and we’d like you to feel completely comfortable before you come in.
Treatments that solve a different problem to filler — and work well alongside it.
There’s nothing to decide today. Come in, tell us what’s been on your mind, and we’ll give you our honest thoughts — including whether filler is even the right place to start.
You'll leave with a clear plan whether or not you book a thing.
We'll walk you through every step and answer anything you'd like to ask.
